Job Title: Chinese speaking Inside Sales Executive
Location: London
Salary: £25k basic salary, with £10k + OTE

Inside Sales Executive (Mandarin Fluency) Role:

• Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
• Leverage prospecting skills to build partnerships with clients in the UK and Ireland, across strategically selected markets
• Manage complex contract negotiations, specifically including sustainable economics for both parties
• Manage the full 360 sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation and on-boarding
• Clearly communicate the value of the company offering, as well as its newest products and services to prospect clients
• Coordinate contract activation by working with the on-boarding team, ensuring a smooth experience for clients

Inside Sales Executive (Mandarin Fluency) Requirements:

• Experience working in a commercial and/or B2B setting, good examples include – a call centre environment, insurance selling, case handling, retail, utilities, services or for a charity
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to a business level (Cantonese and other Chinese dialects would be advantageous, however not essential!)
• A good understanding in Chinese social media and communication tools (e.g. WeChat)
• Experience in negotiating and object handling desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with Business acumen
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Google applications is desirable
