Title: Key Account Manager (Ecommerce)
Salary: Up to £70,000 (dependent on experience) + BONUS
Location: London OR Birmingham
We are looking for an Account Manager (UK Retail) to be responsible for managing UK Retailer Marketing campaigns. A focus on building client and Retailer relationships and
managing workflows – working collaboratively to help define briefs, develop ideas, and deliver effective and innovative solutions. The Account Manager will ideally have a proven track record and experience in managing Retailer campaigns at an operational level.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders across the business and support your day-to-day clients in all aspects of their campaigns
- Ensure the client understands agreed workflows and manage them through the delivery process – showing flexibility and providing practical advice to achieve a solution
- Support the Account Director, and be able to work effectively and efficiently with both clients and other agencies
- Be a Confident presenter, able to deliver ideas persuasively – and result in the progression of excellent and effective advertising
Requirements:
- Passionate about offering an industry-leading service.
- Goal orientated with a good track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Experienced in account management and sales.
- Working in a high activity, outbound sales role is nothing new for you – It’s something you have done recently and know you are good at it.
