Required experience: 12-18 months lead generation or sales experience
Location: WFH initially. Then 2-3 flexible days a week in Uxbridge office
Salary : base salary of up to £40 000 + Commission of £15k & other valuable company monetary benefits and free car parking. Total comp of £54,000 in year one
Company Details Technology in Health:
This technology company is looking to take on a junior sales and new business developer who will
then be fully trained to take a next step in the business. Initially you will be working with a small &
very focused team that is building its presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Your job is to
research the market and build a sales pipeline of qualified leads.
After 18 months, you should be ready to take on a Relationship Management role.
This is one of the few businesses that will show you what your career in the company will look like
after 2 years and this will give you a goal to work towards. The Healthcare sector is a fast-expanding
area and you will earn well.
The role in a nutshell: Generating qualified leads and appointments with decision makers.
Working in a highly motivated team of 15-20 :
This is a Mentored role you will be mentored and coached by a senior Account Executive every step of the way and, so will have the opportunity to learn from experts on an ongoing training-on-the-job basis
- Research
- you will work from an already curated list of target companies in order to locate the decision makers , develop an understanding of the company ( size, structure)
- Introduce the company then stay in touch .
- Contact the decision makers and introduce the company ( email, phone, event attendance)
- Inform prospective clients of sector specific events
- Make personal connections and establish rapport.
- Courtesy calling as a way of staying in touch
- Appointment setting
- Arrange 15-20 qualified new meetings per quarter for your Account Executives to then attend and pitch
- Produce detailed summary reports of qualified opportunities for the Account Executives
- Use of Salesforce, Google Apps, LinkedIn, and any other tools to help you locate and contact decision makers
Requirements:
- Fluent German
- Previous experience of extensive outbound lead generation ( ideally in a Technology environment)
