Post Room Coordinator
TITLE: POST ROOM
Hours: 9am-5.30am Monday -Friday.
SECTOR: international fashion company
EXPECTED DURATION: 2 months (May extend)
LANGUAGE: Fluent English
SALARY: £11.28 – £11.79 per hour + Holiday pay.
START: 13 August 18
CANDIDATE PROFILE: this would suit a candidate with solid experience in Post Room.
DUTIES:
Post room
* Sort incoming post, packages, newspapers, magazines and journals
* Deliver these items to the right people or department.
* Take urgent special items to the post office
* Stay up-to-date with post office dispatch systems, as well as current domestic and international postage rates.
* Be aware of security systems and procedure to follow if a suspicious looking package is found.
* Awareness of Health & Safety issues
* Some facilities work including occasionally arranging meeting rooms
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous solid POST ROOM experience is essential
* Available asap
* Fluent English
* Excellent personal presentation and well spoken
