China has the largest online population in the world & most can’t be reached by traditional marketing methods, including using social media platforms. Our client is a specialist Marketing company that helps to bridge the gap between clients and Chinese markets, providing integrated channel marketing services internationally. The company works with social media entities as well as with leading musicians, TV and travel companies and artists bringing touring exhibitions to the UK

Duties

You will be assisting the Co-Founders to look after clients from various sectors including luxury, fashion, lifestyle, art and culture:

• Liaise with clients based in the UK and China;
• Manage clients’ social media accounts including WeChat, Weibo, Douban and ByteDance;
• Liaise with translators, copywriters, graphic designers and events staff to ensure that events and projects are completed on time and within budget;
• Assist with business development initiatives;
• Attend client meetings;
• Research new projects, contacts etc.;
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on clients’ performance;
• Any ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements

• Degree educated in business, marketing, communications, media, advertising or relevant majors;
• Previous experience in agency, internship experience will also be valuable;
• A passion for luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or art and culture;
• Fluent written and spoken Chinese Mandarin and English.
