French Speaker Luxury Travel Specialist
Job Type: Permanent (full-time), 40 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits
We are looking for a passionate, motivated and resourceful French speaker with solid experience in Customer Service, with a preference or interest in the travel industry. As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will be fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of high net worth members, including luxury journeys, complex flight itineraries covering several destinations across the globe. You will use your knowledge in the travel industry and your exceptional service skills to deal with interesting and complex requests. You will use your expertise to help clients to get the most from the service provided. You will also use your research and communication skills to provide personalized solutions to the existing members. Within others, your main responsibilities will be:
– Proactively deliver an exceptional customer service to a wide network of high profile clients within the agreed deadlines.
– Establish clear, detailed and thorough client briefs.
– Having an in-depth understanding of your members’ lifestyle needs, interests and requirements.
– Researching the best options to meet and exceed the lifestyle requirements of the member.
– Offering tailored lifestyle suggestions to your members to maximise the value they get from the service.
– Ensure members’ expectations are managed within the agreed deadlines
– Always go above and beyond client requests.
– Ensuring ongoing client satisfaction by managing client expectations and resolving complaints.
Skills and experience required:
-Fluent in French and English.
-Strong customer service experience.
-Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and beating targets.
-Passionate about delivering high quality personalised support and have excellent research skills.
-People who can use their initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-The ideal candidate will also have a background in travel, especially with GDS and flights experience.
-Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy and dynamic work environment.
-Proactive and resourceful approach to tasks.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office package.
-Passion for high standard service delivery.
