Inbound Sales Executive (temporary)
One of the world’s largest tech companies is seeking a candidate to join our UK team as Sales assistant. This team will engage with clients who made enquiries about a smart collection/delivery service and follow up on those leads by prospecting and educating them on product features and capabilities. As this team is often the first touch to the customer, bar-raising professionalism and problem-solving skills are a must.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years assisting customers over the phone and a history of over-delivering on activity and output goals. The successful candidate will have the ability to pivot quickly as this team will need to current processes and develop new ones to better serve our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads from business customers into sales opportunities
- Act as a brand ambassador, and support with answering questions or queries related to the product
- Update CRM records with sales cycle information as well as client records using Salesforce
- Update client sales records using Excel reports
- Respond to any client queries via phone and email
- Liaise with internal departments/teams with regards to product installation
Required skills
- 1 to 2 years’ experience sales and lead generation with proven ability to meet targets/KPIs
- Ability to carefully analyse data sets and business opportunities while identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Experience using Salesforce is highly desirable
- Previous work in retail logistics and/or click and collect solutions is desirable
- Educated to a degree level
- Fluent English spoken and written is required.
- Contract negotiation skills is desirable
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Excellent verbal, data analysis, and written communication skills Preferred skills
