TITLE: Supply Chain Planner (Food Catering Equipment)

Salary : £44,000 ( Comprised of a Base of £40,000 + 10% bonus)

Languages: fluent English. Any other European language is useful

Location: Hybrid Flexible in Buckinghamshire.

The role:

Your role will be to ensure the smooth and cost-effective delivery of catering-related equipment to restaurants across Europe. The company is going through a major supply chain transformation project, so you need to be able to hit-the-floor-running

Duties

• Liaise with restaurants regarding the planning and delivery of their catering equipment and décor items
• Restaurant branch performance reporting, inventory reporting, store forecasting
• Analyse store growth data, product changeovers, product information etc.
• Proactive identification and implementation of improvements – cost-savings, warranty processes, new store build processes etc.
• Manage and track stock levels. Manage product availability with suppliers
• Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse
• Liaise with suppliers across all related product areas. Monitor supplier performance
• Analyse and make cost savings where possible. Check and extend warranties
• Tracking price changes, product information and ensuring accuracy of the data
• Manage demand forecasts and growth data to allow for stock planning
• You will have direct client contact and be able to resolve client complaints quickly and diplomatically

REQUIREMENTS

• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
• Very good excel
• Supply & demand planning experience is essential;
• Degree ( ideally)
