Location : Buckinghamshire ( this is a hybrid role)
Salary : Circa £50,000 (base of circa £45,000 +10% bonus)
Team: Procurement and Supply chain
Contract type: 12 month contract ( with potential to be permanent)
Summary of the role: facilitate the project tracking, data management and approval progress of multiple sourcing, contracting and supply chain activities
The company: Food purchasing
This is a really exciting project as the company is going through as total overhaul of all supply chain functions and processes across the entire business. In this role you will have an immediate and direct impact on the direction of the business. You can fully expect that your analysis of where improvements can be made, WILL be acted upon!
The role has 4 key elements:
- To measure progress on several key sourcing projects
- To diplomatically educate the team through the necessary processes and procedures to be followed ( & manage conflict that inevitably accompanies change!)
- Drive adoption of your recommendations
Duties
- You will be working on several Supply Chain/Procurement projects simultaneously across various teams
- Measure the status of existing projects
- Devise actionable points and follow-up
- Use advanced excel to analyse and measure results
- Encourage a collaborative work environment that helps drive value for clients
- Liaise with the legal teams

- Project coordination experience within Procurement and Supply chain
