Commercial Lawyer, Manchester
Exciting opportunity for a UK qualified Lawyer to join a highly successful organisation that builds relationships and cooperation between Chinese investors and enterprises and UK organisations that are looking for funding.
We are looking for a UK qualified Commercial Lawyer with company commercial experience within a private practice, dealing with a a diverse portfolio to include business acquisitions, sales and transfers, joint venture agreements, partnership agreements, terms and conditions and shareholder issues.
Successful candidates will have experience in business development and marketing, as would
experience in initial instructions for Sale and Purchase of residential and commercial property matters. The role will include administrative work on files including drafting letter and photocopying as required, and ensuring the confidentiality of all the firm’s and clients’ documentation.
Required skills:
* Excellent knowledge of UK Property regulations and practice/ knowledge of UK Company Law / knowledge of UK Immigration Law (Preferred)
* Excellent communication and drafting contract skills
* Ability to work under heavy workload and to tight deadlines
* Pleasant and positive manner in dealing with colleagues and clients
* Additional languages (including Mandarin, Cantonese) would be advantageous but not necessary
