Talent Acquisition Manager, Financial Services
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Recruiter to join one of the fastest growing businesses in the City!
Your remit will be to work closely with the Head of HR to attract and recruit top talent for Front, Middle and Back Office roles.
In the last 2 years, this business has grown by 3x! They have superb, brand spanking new offices in the heart of the City.
Successful candidates will have demonstrable experience of agency or in-house recruitment/talent acquisition experience within the Finance sector. You will also be a highly effective Resourcer, Interviewer and have good search skills.
This role also offers the successful candidate the opportunity to get involved in HR Projects, specifically within Training and L&D.
Hybrid role 3 days office, 2 remote.
