Marketing Coordinator, Luxury Goods

This is a new position, joining a growing Marketing team and supporting 2 inspiring Brand Managers.
Duties include:
To support the Brand Managers in all marketing, product and communication related enquiries
* To support in the development of key marketing activities and projects, including new product launches, assets production, consumer and retailer brochures, media,
* Establish and maintain strong and supportive relationships with cross-functional groups, such as our Sales and Visual Merchandising teams and our Brand and Finance functions
* Oversee the ordering of marketing collateral, their distribution, invoicing and inventory (i.e. displays, giveaways, paper bags, etc.)
* Analyze marketing campaign results, prepare reports and explore ways to improve or maintain successes
Develop seasonal Best Practice Newsletters
* Support in organizing Sales and Marketing meetings throughout the year
* Propose new efficient tools that help the team better track, improve and monitor the marketing activities
* Liaise with external agencies
The company current operates a 3/2 hybrid working model.
