Salary: £21000
Working hours: 8 hour shifts between 9.00 am – 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Our client is a leading provider of premium visa services to businesses and individuals with UK, European, and global presence. They are looking for a customer support advisor to join their growing team located in their London office. The ideal candidate will have previous customer support experience in a call centre environment, possess excellent communication skills, with an ability to take ownership of any customer issues and quickly find and offer resolutions to achieve optimum customer satisfaction. You should be adaptable to speak to a wide range of international customer base.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries with regards to visa applications, processing times, and complaints
- Maintaining accurate database records
- Updating clients via phone and email
- Managing own time to ensure maximum efficiency whilst remaining flexible to changing priorities
- Escalating any issues to other departments as appropriate
Requirements
- Previous experience in telephone based customer service role
- Fluency in English to a high standard (Both written and spoken) – Essential
- Fluency in any other language/s (desirable but not essential)
- Proven excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and good telephone manner
- Proven organisational abilities and time management skills
