Title: ENGLISH speaking: Study Centre/Relationship Manager (100% remote)

Salary : £30,000 + access to a pool car for visits

Contract Permanent: 100% remote OR 2 days in the office

Company details: Global franchise organisation specialising in education. Your role is to nurture and look after up to 30 specialist study centres in your chosen area, visit them regularly and helping and guide the business owners who run the centre. You will also be encouraging business owners to take advantage of tools that are at their disposal that will help them develop the business and be more successful.

There will be full training provided. There will be occasional weekend work and you will also get time off in lieu.

The role in a nutshell: You will be supporting the franchisee operationally and practically to grow their business

Operational support

• Manage a portfolio of key relationships within the 20-30 study centres in your area
• Regularly visiting study centres, and “health checking ” the business owner ( franchisee) to ensure that they feel fully supported
• Taking an overview of the centre and seeing where improvements can be made
• Attend and providing support to franchisees at their study centre events i.e. award ceremonies and national campaign initiatives
• Provide current performance feedback in order to help identify where improvements can be made
• Assist in the development of the centre’s financial business plan (including devising forecasts)
• Helping business owners to set business targets and establish forecasting
• Monitor sales progress

Practical support

• Mentoring, coaching and training of business owners
• Suggesting marketing initiatives that will help raise awareness of their brand including local advertising options, centre promotion
• Organise and coordinate franchisee workshops, meetings and events on a local and national level
• Research and suggest ways of improving student retention in order to grow student attendance
• Communicate quality standards that each study centre must reach
• Assist with student enrolments where needed
• Occasionally providing cover as a subject Instructor

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Education or equivalent
• Maths and English at Grade B
• Fluent English ( other languages are useful)
• Commercial experience of working within franchising or Education
• Car driver
