DANISH speaking Customer Service Advisor
My client, based in Canary Wharf, are looking for a number of native-level Danish speaking Customer Engagement Advisors to join their high performing team. This is a temp-to-perm position with the aim of the role becoming permanent after 12 weeks. More information can be provided on the product on application.
This role starts on 9th May (this is when training commences so you need to be available to start on this date) and is fully office-based.
As CEA you will be the first point of contact for the client’s Consumers, and it will be your responsibility to ensure Consumers get the assistance they need either by live chat, phone, email, video or Social Media.
You will be relied upon to proactively engage with Consumers in a meaningful way, offering extra support in the beginning of their journey with the product and resolving their enquiries over the above channels, ensuring Consumers receive excellent Customer Service and their expectations are met.

Salary: £12.98ph + holiday pay
Commission: Attractive commission structure and company benefits
Location: Fully office based in Canary Wharf, E14 9HF
Hours: 40 hours per week
Operational hours: Monday to Sunday 7am till 6pm – shifts determined via predetermined rota scheduling
Status: Temp-to-perm (12 week period to start with)
Responsibilities:
- Gain a good understanding of Consumer needs and provide proactive support early on
- Develop a good knowledge the Products and utilise it to address Consumer needs
- Maintain a good Knowledge of the product’s Consumer Programs
- Gain systems understanding to support our Consumers in an omni-channel way
- Drive a positive Consumer Experience
The right candidate:
- Speak and write Danish to a Native level and also be fully fluent in English
- Breathe great Customer Service and understand how important it is to put the Consumers at the heart of our business and interactions.
- Have excellent communicator skills – essential.
- Have a passion for helping others and an ability to persuade and communicate with people on different
- A logical approach to resolving
- Significant experience of working with Consumers, either face to face or remotely /
- Proficient in computer technology and systems
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Able to positively influence others
- Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
