Dutch Speaking Community Manager
Our client is a media consultancy and are currently working with a global drinks brand. Your role will be to manage their social media community on Facebook and Instagram, and reply customer comments, whilst keeping a high standard of service, and maintaining brand image on social media. You will have passion for social media, and experience within community management.

Salary: £25,000 (Pro-rata on 3 months FTC)
Contract: 3 Months Fixed Term with a view to extend

The Role
*Community Management: moderation of community discussion. You will be responding to questions and supporting to queries across multiple social media channels and promoting the brand.
*Creating strategies to grow the Social Media traffic.
*Assisting on the creation of the Marketing content.
*Creating online brand awareness.
*Distribution of content across various Social Media channels.
*Managing the creation of the monthly content calendar with the PR agency.
*Researching clients’ preferences and discovering current and new trends.
*Ensure brand consistency across community.
*Build strong and trusted relationships with community members.
*Supporting marketing campaigns with social media initiatives.
* Work closely with the Customer Service team.
*Represent the brand image (luxury drink and cocktail mixers)
*Monitor social media campaign results
Essential Requirements
*Experience with Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
*Fluency in Dutch and English
*High attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills
*Previous experience in community management, or social media highly desirable
