TITLE: 100% REMOTE DUTCH Payroll Analyst

Location: Work from anywhere. There will be occasional travel to Amsterdam, Holland

Salary: £55,000 + benefits

The job in a nutshell: You will verify and ensure that payroll across 13 countries in Europe is processed accurately and on time. The role has 4 key elements: 1) payroll analysis 2) liaising with the payroll agency 3) acting as an internal point of contact for payroll enquiries from staff 4) HR admin

1) Payroll analysis:

• Check, verify and support the international payroll system
• All data validation and resolving discrepancies
• Gather accurate date to support the preparation of monthly payrolls including new hire registration, exit paperwork, employee transfers and contract staff
• Coordinate payroll approvals
• Assist in month-end closing

2) Liaising with the payroll agency:

• Liaise with the global payroll provider to ensure accuracy and timely implementation of the new payroll system
• Ensure that you receive payroll reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations

• Act as a point of contact
• Responding to internal payroll related queries
• Reply to tax notices, wage orders, unemployment claims, government correspondences, and verification of employments for international entities

• HR support:
• Support HR including performance management, training and development
• On boarding and off boarding of employees onto the payroll software

REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced in processing European payroll ( working in Euros , £, and other currencies including Scandinavian)
• Familiar with payroll software platforms (ADP Streamline/ Oracle)
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent Dutch (other languages are an asset)
