HR Advisor
Fantastic opportunity to join a renowned Luxury Goods company with a stable of well known brands.
Working alongside the Director of HR, you will perform a Generalist/HR Business Partner role supporting its UK employees.
Duties include:
- Key point of contact for employee queries regarding internal policies, processes, and company benefits.
- Managing the onboarding and leavers processes ensuring contracts/required documentation is issued in a timely manner.
- Payroll processing and management
- Company Benefits Management
- Managing the overall recruitment process
- Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
Successful candidates will have:
- 2-3 years HR Admin/Advisor experience
- CIPD qualified or studying towards is advantageous
