Company: Designers and manufacturers of specialist tooling systems for automotive and other industries.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring high levels of attention to detail are achieved and maintained. Additionally, as this is a busy role you will need to be able to manage multiple and competing tasks and deadlines calmly, competently and flexibly
Duties
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for staff and visitors
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant team, events teams and Travel Operations, providing support, assisting with meeting organisation and other logistical planning
- Office management including liaising/communicating with managing agents, contractors, and vendors
- Maintaining office and stationery suppliers
- Providing admin support such as processing office expenses
- Ensure the office complies with Health & Safety legislation
- Co-ordination of company car fleet. Arrangement for delivery and collection of company cars
- Provide central liaison and support to the regional office managers. Be point of contact for day-to-day queries and issues that arise and resolve or escalate as required

- Ability to provide a high standard of operational and administration support in a dynamic office environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
