Recruitment Consultant
This opportunity is for anyone interested in joining a small, fast-growing specialist agency in London near Covent Garden.
My client is recruiting for two main positions:
1. Associate Consultant (requiring no prior recruitment experience)
2. Consultant (1 – 2 years of recruitment experience – internal or agency).
Any experience in resourcing, sales, account management or business development is ideal for either.
You will receive training from the best in the industry, courtesy of the client’s partnership with a former FTSE 250 agency Talent Trainer and will be surrounded by people both at your level and the highly experienced level. There are many styles to learn from in the business to help you become the best consultant you can be.

The Recruitment Consultant role encompasses, but is not limited to:
- Engaging both candidates and clients with regards to relevant solutions to their recruitment needs
- Build a candidate portfolio using advertising, the database, telephone and face-to-face (or Zoom/Teams) meetings
- Build a portfolio of clients/jobs via telephone and face-to-face (or Zoom/Teams) meetings
- Use the CRM system to its full potential
- Advising candidates and clients on their potential requirements
- Using commercial thinking to market individuals to fulfil the highest potential of success for all parties involved
