The Head of Sales is responsible for all sales activities to achieve the organization’s commercial objectives. As a Head of Sales, you will support your sales team to develop clients across the legal sector in the UK. The team is made up of 1 Head of Account Manager, 3 Account Managers, 1 Head of Business Development, 1 Sales Assistant and 1 Intern. You will report directly to the General Manager of the Legal Vertical.
Position and Responsibilities:
- Set the regional sales plan and accelerate growth of the business;
- Assess sales opportunities through appropriate research;
- Monitor, track and evaluate sales on KPI’s;
- Deliver monthly, weekly updates/reports to general management;
- Ensure sales efforts maximize returns on assets while achieving strategic goals within business policies;
- Analyse sales results and implement plans for improvement, as needed;
- Oversee sales budget and regular sales forecast revisions;
- Build an engaged workforce, ensuring strong collaboration across the organization.
Requirements:
- You have a Master’s degree or equivalent experience;
- You have hands-on experience leading sales activities within high-end professional services for at least 8 years;
- You are a connector, building relationships and partnering across the organization to achieve the company goals;
- Great and adaptable leader, comfortable mentoring a young team;
- You excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment;
- You are pragmatic and ‘get things done’;
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and SalesLoft would be a plus;
- You are at ease with figures and a proficient user of MS Excel;
- You speak fluent English. French would be a plus.
