Permanent role: office based or Hybrid (Amstelveen/Amsterdam, Netherlands)
Salary: €40 – €50K depending on profile + bonus upon achievement
Mon: Fri / 9am to 6pm

Our Client is an international translation and content solutions company looking for an energetic sales individual committed to constant growth.
– You will be responsible for managing accounts in the Netherlands and also bringing new business.
Your clients will be lawyers and law firms, so it’s essential that the candidate feels comfortable dealing with professionals of the legal sector in the Netherlands.

This Company is undergoing rapid development and is looking for its new Account Manager to help develop the business!
Your profile:
- Energetic, proactive, responsive, results-driven
- You have 3+ years of sales experience preferably gained in B2B, with a history of overachieving targets
- You have a great commercial acumen
- You feel confident in selling to senior executives or lawyers
- You are very well organized with strong communication and negotiation skills
- You are persistent with a positive attitude
- Bilingual Dutch and English
- 3 – 5 years of sales experience preferably gained in B2B, with a history of overachieving targets
- You have 2 years experience managing sales people
- Organisational sensitivity.

- The ambition to be number 1 in your markets
The Role:
- Identify and analyze trends in your market. Define and implement the commercial strategy to reach the targe
- Developing clients across the legal sector in the Netherlands via calls, meetings and events
- Fill in your pipeline, follow up on quotes and ensure closing
- Providing customer support and managing client expectations in liaison with the production team
- Manage the account manager already in place helping him to reach his targets
- Make the best use of our tools: Salesforces, Salesloft, XTRF
- Achieve KPIs, report your work to your manager
