Location: Central London (London Bridge)

Salary from £25,000 to £ 30,000 depending on profile + uncapped commissions

Mon to Fri – 9am to 5pm

As we are recruiting for two different positions, this could suit professionals with some recruitment experience but also complete beginners in this sector with previous sales, telesales, and outbound calling experience.

Role Responsibilities and training topics:

• Full candidate cycle
• Full chat cycle
• Negotiation skills
• Interview techniques
• Job taking
• Business development techniques
• Candidate generation
• To build a candidate portfolio and have interviewed all.
• To build a small portfolio of clients/job’s.
• Be able to hold a client meeting.
• Full understanding and use of database.
