Company details : Global investment advisors and property business that is expanding into China. The company is looking to expand its B2B client portfolio and to proactively promote the use of specialist financial instruments to high net worth’s ( B2C ) and to B2B real estate investors . This is a business development and relationship management role
Duties
- Research the UK commercial property market
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Property as an asset class
- Make financial recommendations on property portfolio valuations
- Direct client contact with a network of UK estate agents and business ” introducers”
- Relationship management : attend events, network and establish relationships with investors
- Liaise with current investors ( High Net Worth or Institutional ) re financing opportunities
- Undertake due diligence and KYC protocols
- Provide re- financing or debt re-structing advice
- Source new business opportunities
- Monitor and assess the credit risk of new investments and re-evaluate risks associated with ongoing investments
- Manage and improve a complex cashflow system to track financing opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in Real Estate banking or private equity
- Advanced excel for cashflow and forecasting
