Work style: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days WFH
Company details: Global hotel business. With the world now starting to travel again this is a busy and exciting role with lots of client contact both face to face and over the phone
Duties
- Taking inbound booking requests and enquiries daily via telephone,emails and chat,
- Work towards maximising revenue through up-selling and cross-selling
- Liaising with teams across the hotel
- Face to face guest relations role
REQUIREMENTS
- Native standard English or German
- Customer care background
