You will join the ASIA Team. This position involves researching new schools and approaching them over the telephone to generate new leads. Your target audience will be schools across Asia

The role

• Research schools: approach schools and find out if they are interested in learning about the new learning technology
• Find the names , emails, budgets details and contact numbers for Heads of Department and Head Teachers
• Send out emails to introduce the service: work with the marketing team to send out bulk emails to a target list of contacts
• Social media: Use social media / communities and online resources to identify key contacts within targeted local authorities / accounts and build network of relationships
• Qualify the new leads : asses interest levels
• Engage with your audience: Answer in-coming enquiries originating from the website
• Upload: upload leads onto the inhouse system
• Research competitor activity. You will use WeChat regularly.
• Price Quotations: put together quotations
• Attend Events: Go to education related exhibitions and conferences where you will get the chance to meet Head Teachers and education experts

Requirements:

You must have 1 year previous outbound calling experience ( this could have been gained in Market research roles)

• Degree educated
• Fluent in English + ANY one of the following : Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese , Malay or Cantonese
• Some experience making outbound calls
