FINNISH Customer Support Services Assistant
TITLE : FINNISH Customer Support Services Assistant ( Hospitality sector)
Location: Hybrid work
Nearest Train station: High Wycombe station
Contract Type: Permanent role
Language needed: Fluent FINNISH
Salary : c£30,000 ( made up of c£27,000 pa + fixed 10% bonus. There are additional benefits)
Company: Customer contact centre providing a global centralised customer care ” hub” for clients within the hospitality sector .
Duties:
- Use of Finnish and English daily both written (email) and spoken
- Logging enquiries
- Dealing with restaurant queries
- Advising of administrative, training or general support
- Coordinating training dates
- Liaising with external suppliers including food, beverage and packaging suppliers, suppliers of food and all high value catering related equipment such as ovens, etc .
- Writing supplier reports in Finnish
- Liaising with customers holding loyalty cards
Requirements
- Ability to speak fluent Finnish
- Experience of a call centre or high pressure customer services role in the past (hotels, call centres or other)
