Location Hybrid in London. There will be travel involved in this role hotels and properties in Europe (up to 25% eventually)
Salary : £30,000 + Benefits

Specifically designing long-stay accommodation for high level travelling executives who are looking for home-away-from-home, the company is a market leader in its field and has received awards and recognition in terms of providing excellence to guests ( in terms of service, concierge services, billing transparency etc) .The company has thousands of hotel properties across 200 cities in Europe, Asia , Africa and the USA and links with wider business communities across these continents and is now expanding and need a French L&D Officer to help as the brand develops to the next level
The Role:
- Travel to the various hotels to meet staff and understand their Learning and development needs
- Improve current training programmes and look at ways of enhancing it for new joiners globally
- Help with new staff onboarding
- Ensure that training is efficient and communicates the caring and consultative values and culture of the company
- Pro-actively help to create new e-learning materials
- Help build the e-learning catalogue.
- Update existing classroom programmes into fully blended learning
- Liaise with Training providers and coordinate off-site training courses.
- Sourcing of new innovative training programmes.
- Help contribute to the appraisal system
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English. Fluent French is ideal
- A keen interest in developing a career in Learning and development
- CIPD or Trainer Qualification highly advantageous but not essential
- Some previous relevant L&D or HR experience
