Contract type: 6 month summer work contract to run across the summer until October 2022. This role would best suit a student or recent graduate who is looking to build their cv. The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days wfh or can be 100% remote if you are based in Europe.
Salary : £30,000 pro rata + an electric bike, Eu10 per day extra for lunch and additional Eu 200 per month towards wellness
If you are far from Brussels the company will pay travel for your 2 weeks of initial programme training, which is based in Brussels

The company specialises in producing and selling electric bikes and because of the increasing awareness of the need to reduce carbon emissions , it is growing fast as people abandon cars and choose to commute by e-bike. The atmosphere is vibrant and fast moving and the company is totally obsessed-and-passionate about the quality of customer care it provides to its B2C customers.
The role: This is a 6 month contract and a very high-quality role for a current or recent student. You will be taking a high volume of inbound calls on a daily basis and will have 2 weeks of classroom-based training to give you the confidence to do the job well. Each bike costs about £4,000 so these are luxury investments for customers .
Duties:
- Answering a high volume of emails and calls from customers
- Dealing with issues around bike electric charge-points, pricing and delivery schedules
- Managing refunds or replacement bikes
- Liaising with the team leader re escalations
- Updating the database
Requirements
- Native standard DUTCH, FLEMISH OR GERMAN
- Accessible to Brussels or work 100% remotely
- EU passport holder
- Able to start work as soon as possible
