ENVIRONMENTAL Sales Support Administrator
Are you a Sales support ADMINISTRATOR with a passion for environmental issues? In this role you will be able to combine your previous admin experience and you experience of supporting a sales team, with your environmental interests. This is a client facing role and you will be onboarding and supporting a very busy team of environmental researchers who are doing important work. You must have an admin background and know how to create quotations as well as outstanding client-facing abilities. Duties: This role is a highly customer focused sales admin support role and has two main tasks1)post sales admin support 2) direct client care
1)B2B Admin support
- You will be providing administrative support to clients who are looking for help in reporting their carbon footprint
- Liaising constantly with clients who need information and help
- Supporting the environmental consultants on a day to day basis
- Managing spreadsheets and a client database
- Dealing with initial enquiries from prospective clients
- Providing general help with uploads onto social media
2)B2B Client Care
- Post sales help with client onboarding
- Explaining the off-setting process and the steps to take
- Advising clients on what to do as they navigate the certification process
- Monitoring the steps to be taken
- Explaining carbon credits (full training provided )
- All follow up and ensuring clients are happy meeting progress-checkpoints
Requirements
- Solid post-sales admin experience
- Used to supporting a sales team and providing quotations
- B2B client facing skills
