Hourly rate: £13 per hour + Holiday pay
Start: Monday 16th May 22
Expected duration: 2 weeks
Location: Office based role (London Bridge)
Our client is a non-profit organisation which support a major London sports events.
They are looking for a candidate who is immediately available for an exciting administrative role. This is a temporary fixed term role for 2 weeks working in our clients amazing offices in London Bridge. You will be working to assist their Workforce & Volunteering ream with scheduling and conducting video calls for Right to Work checks on their Volunteers
This is a fantastic role for someone looking to get some experience in the events world and who has a strong eye for detail and data entry helps and someone who is personable and a good communicator.
Skills required
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent English (ideally to mother tongue standard)
- Scheduling experience
- Personable – Customer service experience would be an asset
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience of using IT systems
- Willing to go above and beyond to achieve customer excellence
- Quick learner
- Able to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player
- Demonstrates the organisations values of Integrity, Excellence, Together, Inspiration and Fun
Experience:
- Experience of working in a scheduling admin role or customer services plus admin experience.
