Salary : circa £24,000 ( made up of a base of £23,000 +a £960 travel allowance )
(OR Eu 30k if you are based in Germany)

Location of the role: You can be based either in London or in Germany
Company details: Global hotel business. With the world now starting to travel again this is a busy and exciting role with lots of client contact both face to face and over the phone
Duties
- Taking inbound booking requests and enquiries daily via telephone, emails and chat,
- Work towards maximising revenue through up-selling and cross-selling
- Liaising with teams across the hotel
- Face to face guest relations role
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent German
- Customer care background
- Hospitality experience
