Title: FRENCH: Client Relationship and Success Executive
Salary : to £30k + OTE of £5k-£10k ( OTE is paid monthly )
Language required : French to native standard

Location: Bracknell (onsite parking. The office is close to the Lexicon and the Peel Shopping Centre)
Contract type: Hybrid work: 3 days in office (Monday/Wednesday/Fridays) 2 days wfh
Company details: Global company that works across a portfolio of IT businesses and directly helps Tech clients increase their sales revenues by training their independent force of field-based re-sellers.

This is a new and exciting position and represents a genuine opportunity to work with the best technology companies in the world by giving their sales teams the online tools required to get their messaging out more quickly and effectively.
The role: A mix of building relationships, client retention and customer care
Details: You will be currently working on behalf of just one key technology client with the aim of and helping and nurturing this client’s established field-based sales team (Re-sellers) to use a platform to increase sales and heighten brand awareness. In the first 2 months you will need to ensure that all the re-sellers (your client’s sales teams) are contacted and that you have introduce yourself.
- SAY HELLO: Liaising directly with your client’s external field sales network of independent re-sellers (up to 250 re-sellers depending on the size of the sales team)
- Introduce yourself by courtesy calling or emailing current re-sellers explaining the free education on offer that will help them increase sales
- ONBOARD: the resellers then organise and deliver marketing solutions
- NURTURE: manage re-sellers and their expectations.
- Call the re-sellers on a monthly basis to check that they are engaged, and using the technology properly
- Answer questions and queries
- Check that the platform is being used optimally, that the re-sellers understand how to post on social media and ensure that they are engaged in using the platform
- Build strong, collaborative long-term working relationships with re-sellers
- MEASURE: the results of campaigns and communicate with re-sellers where improvements can be made
Requirements
- French to native standard
- Some experience of outbound courtesy calling: Happy to spend lots of time on the phone speaking to the re-sellers
- Able to commute to Bracknell
This role will suit anyone who loves to deal directly with clients and has about 6-12 months commercial or customer-care focused experience gained in a fast-paced environment such as hospitality, sales, market research etc.
