Our client is one of the world’s largest tech companies who own a global community in the entertainment and gaming field, that provide, live, unpredictable experiences created by the interactions of millions of users.
They are looking for a programme activation manager (Project manager) to manage the execution and reporting of campaigns delivered by the Brand Partnership team. You will be a creative and critical thinker who knows how to bring ideas to life in an engaging way across digital, mobile, native and social platforms. You have a clear understanding of the execution process and success metrics for programme elements.
You will report to the Program Activations EMEA Manager and partner with other functions within the Advertising Sales team throughout the execution process of each programme.
Key responsibilities
- Manage execution, management, and quality control of all custom solutions projects from sale to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting all timeline milestones, and delivering within the approved budgets
- Serve your projects through cross collaboration with all partners at all stages of every project
- Create schedules and budgets across all projects
- Secure approvals, coordinate action items and communicate with production and sales to maintain workflow through the final asset release
- Advise clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges, and solutions
- Alongside the client services team, be accountable for client relationships after the program has sold through, with special attention to profitability, tracking and managing resource use, financial reporting, and billing.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management role, working with and delivering to external clients, ideally within a creative or media agency.
- Fluency in Italian to native standard
- Fluency in English to a high standard
- Experience with digital technologies
- Must be extremely organised, detail-oriented and can self-manage and multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Resolve conflicts by finding win-win scenarios for everyone
Ability to quickly embrace new technology concepts - Experience with task management software
- Appreciate project timelines
