My client are a digital marketing and online lead generation company on a mission to build leading brands within the financial services sector.

They are working to transform digital finance with growing portfolio of comparison sites, and have ambitious plans spanning trading & investing, remittance, and other financial product

The Role:

My client is looking for a driven Senior Content Writer and Editor to work alongside the SEO team and lead the content efforts across German speaking markets with a focus on high-quality, user-friendly content.

As an content genius, you’ll spend time creating, crafting & editing high quality articles and guides under direction from the SEO team, turning them into world class resources to educate and inform our audiences within the fields of cryptocurrency and remittance

Combining content with SEO, you’ll have a keen understanding of the types of content that will inform users, whilst improving search performance at the same time.

Duties:

• Play a key role in delivering the company’s content strategy across German speaking markets, with a focus on our German cryptocurrency brand
• Produce entertaining, informative, digestible web content for both consumer and business audiences
• Edit content produced in-house and externally, maintaining our high editorial standards
• Ensure that content meets the company’s and readers’ needs, and follows our in-house style guide
• Work with designers to ensure a user-friendly experience for our readers
• Work closely with SEO and Commercial teams on content ideation with supporting commercial reasoning
• Manage freelancers to further our own content production capabilities
• Raise internal awareness and understanding of the importance of high-quality branded content

Skills required:

• 2+ years’ experience in a content writing/editing role
• Experience writing long-form, highly researched and engaging content
• Portfolio available to share (please provide link on CV)
• Experience editing and proofreading the work of others
• Proven familiarity with SEO
• Excellent written skills in German
