Duties: There may be some eventual international travel involved in order to visit clients.
- Nurture and manage a key accounts client portfolio, managing client expectations and service requirements.
- Build strong, collaborative long-term working relationships at executive level
- Communicate data-driven recommendations and industry best practices
- Ensure that the client understand technical processes by using straight-forward language to communicate with a largely non-technical audience
- Work in harmony with internal teams on monthly deliverables.
- Keep up to date on industry trends
- Stay in constant close contact with clients .
Requirements
- Fluent ITALIAN
- Degree educated
- Previous B2B experience gained in a technology environment
- Previous Account Management experience
