As a Financial manager you will be given plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to get very involved in the financial evolution of some major renovation developments

DUTIES:

Financial management

• Responsible for the company’s financial planning and expenditure
• Formulate annual and monthly strategic plans
• Cash flow forecasting
• Arrange additional investment funds and bank loan budget for shareholders
• Monitor the company’s financial status
• Analyse operating results.

Payment management

• Manage bank payment entries and reconciliation
• Issue payment orders
• Liaise with banks
• Process payments
• Check staff payroll
• Ensure compliance with individual income tax and pension insurance, submit and deduct monthly statutory pension data

Relationship management: Banks

• Nurture and strengthen bank relationships
• Understand corporate loans, structured capital solutions, and other wealth management products
• Calculate the cost of financing for the company’s investment activities and provide the most economical way of compensation

Compliance

• Oversee tax bills across the business
• Help with tax planning with the aim of reducing the tax burden
• Maintain strict compliance with UK legislation
• Undertake feasibility studies for major projects

REQUIREMENTS

• ACCA qualified.
• UK experience
• Financial management experience
• Familiar with British tax laws and can handle tax-related business correctly.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
