TITLE: Recruitment Consultant /Key Account Manager (graduate)

Sector : Bilingual sales and recruitment (Temps division)
Salary: £21k-£25k (depending on experience) + excellent commission
Requirements: Fluency in at least one other European language and previous sales experience (ideally)
The role:
This is a mixed role: new business development (60%) and retention relationship management (40%)
Core Hours
9-5.30pm (flexibility required)
Function of the role
You will be required to look after some existing clients on the growing ” temps” desk , but also generate new revenue by approaching new clients and finding them temporary bilingual staff or helping to fill translation or interpretation projects.
This is a target driven sales role that is highly service orientated and would suit anyone who has been in travel, hospitality or service-sales
Duties
Retention (40%):
*Relationship management : courtesy calls to existing clients in order to stay front-of-mind and secure repeat business
*Meeting key clients on a face to face basis, visiting their offices and building relationships for the long-term
*Filling bilingual bookings on a daily basis
*Sending key clients weekly ” reminder ” emails letting them know which linguists are available
*Interviewing candidates over the telephone and also face to face and ” matching ” their skills to clients requirements
New Business ( 60%)
*Outbound “cold” and also ” warm” calling to generate new bilingual business
*Attending new client meetings: Attending off-site client visits wherever the client is located in order to better “match ” skills with candidates for specific jobs
*Developing a marketing plan and targeting clients in your chosen sector or chosen language
*Taking down job descriptions
*Advertising new roles on job boards
*Interviewing candidates in English + another European language
*Send company information,, emails, testimonials and any other marketing literature to clients that will assist you in your new business development
*Create & write recruitment advertisements in-order to source the best candidates
*Research and approach hard-to-find linguists for bookings using LinkedIn or other job boards
Full training given (on the job and classroom based)
REQUIREMENTS
*Previous telephone sales experience
*Fluency in a foreign language
*Fluent English
