Fashionable and beautiful design-led furniture for the luxury hotel and restaurants market. This company operates within Catering, luxury dining, fine wines, hospitality, restaurants and the leisure/hotel sectors. Products are exclusive and bespoke.

THE ROLE
An administrative role combining customer care and sales. You will be looking after a team of 30 off-site field sales Distributors who sell directly into hotels and dining rooms. Your role will be to look answer any questions they may have regarding design, quotations, or functionality of furniture products. You will be in a consultative administrative support role to the field sales team.
*Providing administrative support to the field sales team of 30 distributors based in the Middles east, US and Europe
*Providing top-drawer customer care, and regular training, to Distributors so that they are fully briefed on the product range
*Sending marketing materials to the Field Sales team of Distributors including samples, and new catalogues
*Providing quotations
*Sales order processing
*Assisting the field sales Distributors with updating their website, all new pricing information etc
*Sending out a regular client newsletter
*Assisting in social media marketing or video releases
*Lead Generation: researching new leads (online, through the trade press and via the phone) and passing those leads onto the Field Sales Distributors for them to contact
*Producing reports and sales-pipeline information
There will be international travel to events up to 3X a year

REQUIREMENTS
*Previous sales support experience
*Experience of working with a remote field sales team
*Previous hospitality experience
