Fast-growth asset management business owned by Chinese but expanding its business fast in the UK . The company services HNW and UHNW investors who are looking for advice in order to make key financial investments and this business provides specialist research and advisory services so that business decisions are based on sound understanding of the commercial environment and business and taxation landscape
Duties: 1) Retention: You will develop existing relationships with brokers who recommend services
2) New Business: you will research and develop new relationships with brokers
- Research, contact and develop a panel of financial advisers / brokers
- Create mutually successful relationships in order to become a go-to lender in bridging finance
- Provide an excellent service to existing brokers, introduce new products
- Research the market for new brokers
- Develop the businesses loan book
- Maintain a network of Business Introducers throughout the country
- Get referrals for bridging and development finance.
- Liaise with the Board of Directors to exhaust all leads
- Attend finance events , establish rapport and stay in touch
- Visit brokers across the country
- Help in the origination and execution of finance deals
- Ensure compliance regs are met
- You will be working to manageable target of £12M loans across 12 months
Requirement
- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager in Bridging Lending OR other Specialist Finance
- Car driver/owner
