Fast-growth asset management business owned by Chinese but expanding its business fast in the UK . The company services HNW and UHNW investors who are looking for advice in order to make key financial investments and this business provides specialist research and advisory services so that business decisions are based on sound understanding of the commercial environment and business and taxation landscape

Duties: You will be responsible for managing the entire lending process from application through to drawdown

• Overseeing underwriting and due diligence processes.
• Action new lending requests for bridging loans and analyse credit worthiness
• Prepare detailed credit proposals for submission to the Credit Committee
• Preparing offer documentation and ensuring all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown process
• Underwrite and approve loans against agreed lending criteria
• Handle broker calls on specific cases under review
• Liaising with internal departments (Legal, Risk and Sales) and external parties (Surveyors, Solicitors and Customers) to effectively manage the lending process
• Structure transactions based upon market sector, asset and security

Requirements

• Experience within bridging lending or DEVELOPMENT FINANCE
• Holder of an UNDERWRITING MANDATE.
