Main duties include:
- You will work closely with Senior Partners and other PAs to provide administration support to partner’s initiatives, events and campaigns.
- As a personal assistant you will manage the diaries of around three partners. This will include proactively following up with contacts for your partners to meet and arranging said meetings; preparing intelligence briefing packs; managing all travel and accommodation for overseas trips.
- Hold weekly meetings with the partners that you support to make suggestions, keep them updated on progress and keep your activities aligned with their evolving goals.
We are looking for graduates with good degrees with 1-2 years admin/PA experience. Attitude is key! Successful candidates will be bright, engaging, curious and have a thirst for the current affairs of the world around us!
The role will initially be a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.
