Title: Mandarin TREASURY ANALYST/Accountant – Logistics

Salary: £40000-£50000 + excellent benefits. There is an additional travel-to-work allowance of £4,000

The role: This is a key appointment and you will be responsible for daily preparation and journal booking of the treasury function

• Daily bank reconciliation, cash flow planning & SAP booking of all payments
• Compliance responsibilities
• Contracts review, including freight, storage, commission etc
• Co-ordinate Trade finance related cargo payment/receivables to be supplemented with confirmed value date, financing agreement, and other documentation such as LC copy, LC amendment, LC charge or financial calculation and payment swift
• Handle payment issues with bank and counterparties and internal departments queries
• Follow up on non-receipt of freight and other receivable items

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree educated
• Accounting profession qualification desirable – e.g. ACCA or ACA, CIMA
• SAP accounting systems (training will be provided)
• Fluent Mandarin
