Pay rate: £290 per day PAYE + Holiday pay

Job Description:
- Deliver media plan strategies
- Co-own the relationship with the media agencies from briefing to execution and reporting
- Deliver performing campaigns on-time and on-budget
- Owns marketing campaigns performance optimization
- Complete regular channel dive deep analysis and set performance objectives
- Deliver bi-weekly performance reporting to Marketing Managers
- Co-owns financial reporting and reconciliation
- Execute creative content implementation
- Co-own relationship with WFS Marketing Analytics and Tech Teams
- Reports into the Marketing Managers L5 (BB)
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Fluent communication, both oral and written English
- Experience in media planning and buying (both digital and offline media channels)
- Extensive experience in managing marketing campaigns performance across paid digital channels (such as Social, Programmatic, Search) and in paid traditional offline channels
- Experience in working with data, analytics, reporting and in demonstrating critical thinking, attention to details
- Experience in partnering with various external suppliers (e.g. media agencies, creative agencies)
- Exceptional project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, and/or Marketing (or equivalent)
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Previous experience in Media Agency or in similar position on client’s side (Media Manager, Campaign Manager)
- Experience in recruitment (acquisition) campaigns management and/or in employer branding would be a plus
- Experience managing advertising budgets exceeding €1M
- Ability to identify process weaknesses and suggest improvements, strong bias for action
