Our client is a global e-commerce giant, who are on the lookout for a project manager to join their team.
Project Management professionals are responsible for the overall success of a wide range of projects of varying levels of complexity. Project Managers are accountable for project initiation and planning, and for overseeing development, testing, implementation, and closeout.
You will work closely with the Creative Operations Manager the business’s Fashion Brand & Content team in Europe, as well as, production, design, art direction, merchandising, PR and wider marketing POCs. You will define and track deliverables and timelines with key stakeholders, ensuring all content requirements are clearly communicated and assets delivered to deadline. You will work with partner teams such as the imaging studios to review and relaunch existing processes, driving constant process improvement to increase productivity and remove blockers. You will support editorial fashion, social, seasonal events, and mass media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial project planning efforts such as developing the project scope, defining project guidelines
- Obtain business and IT sponsor approvals and coordinating the resources necessary to successfully complete the project.
- Communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing direction to the project team, and conduct regular status meetings to review project activities.
- Responsible for prioritising procedures for changing scope and project acceptance procedures.
- Nearing project completion, the Project Manager is expected to obtain feedback to assure that project efforts meet customer expectations for agreed upon schedule, cost and objectives.
- Provide the highest level of expertise in the application of the tools and techniques of the project management discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Experience in project management 2-3 years highly desirable
- A Certification in project management (Desirable)
- Extensive stakeholder management experience up to senior level internal and external
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Advanced use of MS tools
