Sector : Events are back !! This is a really exciting role in a sector that is making a massive come-back now. This particular company specialises in helping you plan a wedding or commitment ceremony, whether it will take place in the UK or internationally. It’s a niche technology events business that is experiencing a massive surge in activity at the moment, especially in view of just how many significant events were cancelled last year. This is a rather ” happy” sector to work in and you will be providing event organisers with a set- by-step tech template to help them navigate all things associated with organising their Big Day and the ability to source everything that they need, in one place…whether its locating a great venue, souring a caterer, finding the best florists , car hire, bridesmaid dresses etc etc and aims to take the stress out of organising your wedding by providing your B2C clients with planning tools, advice and a directory of venues and suppliers to engage.

The role: the company is launching in Germany! This is a brand new role and as such you will have the chance to really make your mark . The role is B2B
· Reaching out to businesses across the DACH region including wedding venues, wedding organisers, catering businesses to introduce the subscription service. This is usually a welcome call as it will help to expand the reach of that supplier to a wider audience
· Outbound calling to introduce the booking technology to venues/catering businesses and other suppliers
· Explaining the benefits to business owners of having a centralised information “hub” that will allow a wedding organiser to access their information
· Explain the payment model and negotiate contracts
· Attend wedding trade show events to identify new venues or other suppliers
· You will be working to targets and will build positive relationships with business owners
REQUIREMENTS
· Fluent German
· Happy to make outbound calls to wedding venues etc.
· Previous experience either in customer care ( with associated upselling experience) or direct sales
· Degree educated
