Location: Birmingham

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm – 100% office based

Salary: up to £30,000

Language: Italian

Travel: Yes, you may have to travel to Italy to meet with clients

My client is one of the leading online machine tool auctioneers in the UK and over recent years have expanded their presence in the Italian market and as a result an exciting new role has recently been created within a busy sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, providing administrative support to the internal team as well as liaising with new business prospects.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify prospects from on-line services, gather leads and establish regular communication with clients via telephone and email.
• Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
• Maintain CRM with all relevant details
• Work with the team to develop and grow the sales pipeline
• Ensure that identified leads are processed in a timely manner
• Acknowledge, respond and pass on incoming enquiries via the website and the telephone
• Carry out other administrative duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Previous telemarketing experience or internal sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications in both English and Italian.
• Reliable and adaptable, with a flexible approach to work and able to work under pressure
• Available to travel, if required, to translate and represent the company
