Expected duration: 6-month with a possibility to extend or lead to permanent
Pay rate: £150 to £245

Location: Central London (Working on a hybrid model of 2 days in the office and 3 from home)
Our client is one of the world’s largest tech companies who own a global community in the entertainment and gaming field, that provide, live, unpredictable experiences created by the interactions of millions of users.
They are looking for an experienced marketer that can help level-up the Programmatic offering in EMEA, through the education and enablement of their clients and sales teams, your deep technical experience, data driven analysis and decision making, and a desire to roll up your sleeves and collaborate to get stuff done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting a variety of programmatic relationships (advertisers, agencies, ATDs, DSP’s & SSPs)
- Monitoring the connection between the business platform and the other programmatic systems (SSPs and DSPs), both to ensure they maximise revenue and keep customers happy.
- Act as an internal expert, supporting the programmatic strategy
- Day to day management of overall programmatic activity where required: Setup, monitor, troubleshoot and manage delivery of all assigned campaigns.
- Educate cross functional teams across the wider business on the division’s programmatic offerings.
- Enable the Sales team to sell the programmatic product, providing sellers with data and the tools needed to drive business growth when required.
- Producing and managing documents such as process workflows, client performance reviews, business intelligence, and other documentation as needed.
- Provide reporting on revenues and trends related to automated trading and analyse data to help shape the offering and ensure we are ahead of the curve.
- Work with cross functional teams, including but not limited to: Sales, CSM, Ad Ops, Pricing, Product, Strategic Planning, Finance, wherever required
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Digital advertising with at least 4+ years in programmatic focused roles
- Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team).
- A deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, with a heavy focus on programmatic platforms, services, technology, and processes.
- Experience in understanding and setting up processes with cross functional teams.
- Have programmatic experience at a publisher, agency, or ad tech vendor,
- Be adept at building and maintaining relationships, with deep operational experience, and has a demonstrated history of using data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency with/advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Strong analytical approach and ability to work with large data sets, determine trends/patterns.
- Excellent prioritisation and quantitative skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to wear many hats and adapt to changing business demands.

- Passion for video gaming (desirable)
- Practical experience working with Demand Side Platforms (DSP’s) and Supply side platforms (SSP’s).
- Technical and operational background (ADSP experience not essential but preferred).
- A good understanding of programmatic buying and sales processes.
- Having a mix of both, agency, and publisher side experience.
- Experience w/ Tableau (or other visualization tools) and proficient with Ex
