Role: Digital Advertising Project Manager
Start: Immediate
Pay rate: £500 to £550 per day (PAYE) + Holiday pay
Location: London (1-2 days in the office per week and the rest from home)
Hours: 40 per week
Expected duration: 7 Months with prospect of extending or converting to permanent
Our client is a world leading tech business who own a well-established Gaming Portal with a global community.
They are looking for an experienced project manager with experience in digital advertising, online media, who will lead cross functional internal teams, drives project results, manages scope creep, leads the organisation through product life cycle, manage multiple projects and prioritise them.
The Project manager also manages the execution and reporting of campaigns delivered by the Brand Studio. You will be a creative and critical thinker who knows how to bring ideas to life in an engaging way across digital, mobile, native and social platforms. You have a clear understanding of the execution process and success metrics for programme elements.
You will report to the Program Activations EMEA Lead and partner with other functions within the Ad Sales team throughout the execution process of each programme.
Responsibilities
- Manage execution, management and quality control of all custom solutions projects from sale to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting all timeline milestones and delivering within the approved budgets
- Serve your projects through cross collaboration with all partners at all stages of every project
- Create schedules and budgets across all projects
- Secure approvals, coordinate action items and communicate with production and sales to maintain workflow through the final asset release
- Advise clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions
- Alongside our client services team, be accountable for client relationships after the program has sold through, with special attention to profitability, tracking and managing resource use, financial reporting and billing
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management ideally within digital advertising, online media, digital marketing, or production, working with and delivering to external clients.
- Can share ideas clearly
- Must be extremely organised, detail-oriented and can self-manage and multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Resolve conflicts by finding win-win scenarios for everyone
- Ability to quickly embrace new technology concepts
- Experience with task management software
- Appreciate project timelines
- Any additional EU languages are desirable but not essential: Spanish, French, German, Italian
