Contract type: 3 months as a temp initially with the opportunity to become permanent
Earnings year one: Potential to add £4200 per annum to your base if you upsell services
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm

Global consumer research agency that works across time zones and in 29 languages to help their clients understand health related consumer behaviour. This company is focused on helping their portfolio of clients to understand what consumers want and therefore how deliver what consumers require.
The role is project based and you will be specifically tasked with working on a medical and health related anti-smoking campaign. You will be getting insights into consumer trends and will also be promoting products that are smoke-free alternatives to cigarettes
The role: You will provide a mix of mainly inbound and some outbound advice to customers seeking advice on how to move away from cigarette smoking to healthier alternatives .
Duties: Taking B2C calls
- Acting as the first point of contact for consumers
- Use of live chat, phone, email, video and social media to advise and help consumers
- Offer advice and support on their personal journey away from cigarettes
- You will be full trained on smoke-free products and specific consumers programs that are available
- Taking in-bound calls
- Making out-bound coaching calls and addressing questions and concerns
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent English ( any languages are useful as long as English is fluent)
- Based in Manchester, London or Hampshire ( or 100% Remote)
